Description

Scope of Work :

Provide maximum technical support and technical training for construction and mining equipment service opportunities.

Job Responsibilities :

Provide maximum in house and external customer technical support for construction & mining equipment.

Manager day-to-day activities of Technical Services Group

Provide weekly reports to Director of Training and Technical Support

Work with all CMD branches to ensure consistency of Technical Support

Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Training and Technical Support

Provide support for Diagnostic Software Installation, Function, and Licensing

Document Technical Support on Service Pro Jobs as needed.

Assist branches with new unit make readies for major accounts customers when required.

Monitor and Respond Quickly to CMD Technical Support Request tickets.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications :

Must High School Diploma or equivalent

Must have a minimum of 4 years of previous heavy equipment diagnostic experience.

Requirements :

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Must be computer literate and proficient in a Windows environment (MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)

Must be able to lift

50

pounds, must be able to bend and twist several times a day

Must have the ability to effectively evaluate others

Must have advanced technical skills

Must have basic sales skills

Must have good presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)

Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal direction

Must maintain good client relations
