Responsibilities

Assist in managing and nurturing client accounts with professionalism and care.

Support senior account representatives in preparing proposals, reports, and presentations.

Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and provide timely updates.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of client projects.

Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Contribute to the overall success of the sales and account management team.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

1+ year of experience in client relations, sales support, or account coordination (internships considered).

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
