Business Development Representative (Healthcare Partnerships – Temporary)

We’re disrupting the outdated staffing model with a simple, transparent, Tinder-style interface that matches CRNAs and facilities based on mutual preferences.
We’re seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) for a temporary 3-month contract to help us expand our network of anesthesia groups across the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and send emails to introduce Rx Rooster to anesthesia groups and surgical facilities.
- Schedule and participate in demo meetings with the CEO and CTO.
- Qualify leads, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
- Report weekly outreach results and help refine messaging and scripts.
- Represent Rx Rooster’s mission of transparent, ethical CRNA placement.
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, recruiting, or healthcare business development preferred.Confident and comfortable cold-calling decision makers (anesthesia group admins, directors, etc.).Strong communication and organizational skills.Self-starter who can work independently and manage daily targets.Must be available for a 3-month project with consistent weekly hours.Compensation
