About the Role
Stouffer Legal is looking for a Performance & Coaching Specialist who can work closely with our client-facing team to enhance communication, elevate the client experience, and drive measurable performance improvement. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our attorneys and service professionals are consistently delivering five-star experiences while achieving individual and team goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one coaching to attorneys to improve communication and client engagement
- Lead weekly team meetings with 10–20 people to deliver instruction, feedback, and motivation
- Review recorded or live client presentations and provide performance-enhancing feedback
- Collaborate with other departments (workshop, client services, business development) to optimize conversions
- Develop and implement ongoing coaching programs aligned with company goals
- Train new hires using company materials and custom-developed content
- Deliver coaching across all performance levels, including low performers with improvement plans
- Monitor and report department and individual performance metrics weekly
- Use varied coaching techniques to accommodate different learning styles and goals
