Maintenance Manager - Manufacturing

We're searching for a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our team at a brand new, state-of-the-art facility ! This is an incredible opportunity to shape the maintenance function from the ground up in a continuous, high-speed manufacturing operation .

The ideal candidate must have significant electrical controls experience and a strong background in machine health monitoring . They must also have at least 5 years of successful and current experience as a maintenance manager or engineer in a continuous, high-speed manufacturing operation.

• Safety & Compliance Champion : Ensure strict adherence to all company policies, including personal protective equipment and other health, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Maintenance Oversight : Maintain maintenance and electrical schedules by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving any issues that arise.
• Operational Excellence : Partner with plant staff on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Preventive Maintenance & Projects : Manage all weekly, quarterly, and annual preventive maintenance events.
• Collaboration : Work effectively with plant engineers, corporate engineers, vendors, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Flexibility : Be available to work any shifts and be on-call when needed to support operations. Regular and predictable attendance is essential to this position.
