Reporting to the Director, Finance and Order Management Technology, this position will be part of the Enterprise Solution Management group within Central Information Services. The Finance Technology Team Lead has significant responsibilities for developing, supporting, and leading multiple IT initiatives and systems within SAP's Finance and Controlling functions. In addition, the Finance Technology Team Lead will have 2-3 direct reports, providing direction to members of the SAP Finance team to ensure the successful delivery of both business and technical capabilities. They will work closely with key stakeholders and maintain high-quality standards while operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Application Support : Ensure that all requests for support are handled according to Central’s set standards and procedures. Develop and update procedures and documentation for both current and newly added application support.
- Configuration Management : Maintains secure configuration. Applies tools, techniques, and processes to track, log, report on, and correct configuration items, components, and changes related to the SAP Finance and Controlling module.
- Development Testing : Coordinates and manages the planning of the system and / or acceptance tests, including software security testing, within a development or minor enhancement project. Takes responsibility for the management of all testing activities within a development or integration project.
- Incident Management : Undertakes the identification, registration, and categorization of incidents.
- Problem Management : Ensures that appropriate action is taken to anticipate, investigate, and resolve problems in systems and services that are under their responsibility.
- Relationship Management : Facilitates open communication and discussion between stakeholders, acting as a single point of contact by developing, maintaining, and working to stakeholder engagement strategies and plans.
- Requirements Definition : Leads scoping and business priority-setting for change initiatives. Evaluate and select the most appropriate means of representing business requirements.
- Data Analysis : Liaises with developers and BI database engineers on the details of data structures and associated components to assist in applying the business requirements and business acumen to the analytics modeling.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong hands-on experience with the SAP FICO modules required, specifically General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Product Costing, Accounting-related Master data (Profit Centers, Cost Centers, GL Accounts)Demonstrated track record in implementing SAP FICO functionality.Demonstrated knowledge of integration between the Sales and Distribution module and other SAP modules, such as Material Management, Warehouse Management, Purchasing, Production Planning, and Business Intelligence, is key.Demonstrated Ability to operate across multiple projects concurrentlyMINIMUM EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
Minimum 7 years of experience deploying and supporting SAP ERP Finance and Controlling Modules or similar ERP solutions.A BS / BA in computer technology or business management is preferred.Industry experience in Consumer Goods Packaging and Manufacturing or Retail and / or eCommerce experience preferred.WORKING CONDITIONS
Typical duties will occur in an office setting; however, candidates must visit our manufacturing and distribution facilities as needed.% Travel 10-25%, Based on project needsPOSITION INFORMATION
