Opportunity Snapshot

Compensation : $32 / hour, DOE

Location : Spring, TX

Work Schedule : M-F / 40 hours+

Assignment Duration : 12 months+

Responsibilities

  • Provides support to customers by answering inquiries, troubleshooting customer problems and taking orders
  • Prepares correspondence and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
  • Works with moderate work direction, and can identify issues / problems but may need assistance in resolving
  • This position would typically include senior Customer Service (CS) representative with extensive prior CS experience
  • Performs tasks of high complexity and difficulty, assuming responsibility for customer accounts research
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies. Resolvie payment delays and / or disputes professionally
  • Provide timely updates on invoice processing or remittance
  • Respond to inquiries from departments like procurement, finance, or operations
  • Provides supervision, training and mentoring to other CS staff

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, extensive customer service experience required
  • Knowledge of the following software desired : Open Invoice and Microsoft Office
  • Experience in training
  • Researching invoices
  • Accounts Payable experience preferred. Understanding of reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies is required
  • Experience in resolving payment delays or disputes professionally
  • Providing timely updates on invoice processing or remittance
  • High School diploma or GED required
