Compensation : $32 / hour, DOE
Location : Spring, TX
Work Schedule : M-F / 40 hours+
Assignment Duration : 12 months+

Responsibilities
- Provides support to customers by answering inquiries, troubleshooting customer problems and taking orders
- Prepares correspondence and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
- Works with moderate work direction, and can identify issues / problems but may need assistance in resolving
- This position would typically include senior Customer Service (CS) representative with extensive prior CS experience
- Performs tasks of high complexity and difficulty, assuming responsibility for customer accounts research
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies. Resolvie payment delays and / or disputes professionally
- Provide timely updates on invoice processing or remittance
- Respond to inquiries from departments like procurement, finance, or operations
- Provides supervision, training and mentoring to other CS staff
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, extensive customer service experience requiredKnowledge of the following software desired : Open Invoice and Microsoft OfficeExperience in trainingResearching invoicesAccounts Payable experience preferred. Understanding of reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies is requiredExperience in resolving payment delays or disputes professionallyProviding timely updates on invoice processing or remittanceHigh School diploma or GED requiredThe Bergaila Way :
