Our client, a Medical Center facility under the aegis of a California Public Ivy university and one of largest health delivery systems in California, seeks an accomplished Data Reporting Analyst.

NOTE- THIS IS LARGELY REMOTE ROLE & ONLY W2 CANDIDATES / NO C2C / 1099

Position : Data Reporting Analyst (Job id – 3063108)

Location : Los Angeles CA 90024 (95% Remote)

Duration : 2-3 Months + Strong Possibility of Extension

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support our data management and reporting needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data requirements, generate reports, and support decision-making processes.

This will be a glorified Excel role as we have huge Excel databases.

We have 20,000 people / departments on pagers and we need to clean up that directory that is currently in the vendor reporting tool and Excel.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize database systems for performance, reliability, and security.
  • Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure data integrity.
  • Monitor database performance and implement improvements as needed.
  • Be able to create reports
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and validation.
  • Assist in the migration and integration of data from various sources.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues promptly.

    Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
  • Good communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
