Job Title : - SW Architect (Senior Software Developer for Radio Products)

Employment Type : - W2

Duration : - Long Term

Visa Type : - All Visa applicable which are ready for W2

Location : - Warren, NJ (Onsite)

Key Skills : C++, ORAN or RAN, Wireless Technologies (e.g., LTE, 5G)

Job Description

Bachelor’s degree (minimum) or Master’s degree (preferred) in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science in an accredited institution.

Hands‑on expertise with large‑scale embedded software projects and leading development teams of up to 15 people.

Understanding of applicable wireless technologies (e.g., LTE, 5G‑NR) and industry standards (e.g., 3GPP, FCC).

Ability to write and maintain software code using C++. Experience with maintaining embedded build infrastructure & CI / CD will be a plus.

Experience with NETCONF / YANG model of controlling a network element.

Experience with netopeer2 is especially desired.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multi‑disciplinary engineering team.

Job Responsibilities

Develop software as per the product architecture with accordance to applicable software system development standards.

Work with architecture leads and other team members on software product & algorithm design.

Perform statistical analysis of issues & participate in debug sessions.

Perform troubleshooting to determine and fix the root cause of performance issues and test failures.

Drive continuous improvements of processes and product quality.

Provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in control systems, robotics, electronic engineering, or a related field.
