Job Responsibilities

Coral Shores Behavioral Health is seeking a dynamic and talented Housekeeper to join our team of compassionate, dedicated professionals. Duties include but are not limited to :

• Cleans and services nursing units, patient rooms, baths, bathrooms, and business offices.
• Cleans and mops floors.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Cleans windows and window sills.
• Empties trash baskets and arranges furniture and equipment in an orderly fashion.
• Uses necessary equipment and supplies in proper manner to accomplish job tasks.
• Detects unclean areas and takes necessary action to insure that the Hospital cleaning standards are met.
• Exercises initiative and judgment in maintaining assigned area in a clean and orderly condition.
• Prepares soiled linen for pick up by contract laundry.
