- Compensation – $65–$80 per hour based on education and experience.
- Flexible Schedule – Part-time at Links Academy can vary from 3-18 hours. Each course meets for one hour three days a week, in-person at our NYC campus. This is a great opportunity for someone who is seeking a flexible work schedule between the hours of 9 : 00 AM and 3 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Your Role as a Part-time Social Studies / History Teacher
Engaging Instruction : Design and deliver customized academic content for a wide range of individual learners at different proficiency levels; use a variety of teaching methods to keep students engaged and motivated; develop materials, hands-on-learning experiences, and real-world projects.Student Progress : Document student learning sessions within a convenient web-based platform to inform instruction and drive goal achievement; provide students with guidance, feedback, and support to ensure academic success.Collaboration : Work closely with students and supportive admin to ensure best outcomes for each student; offer open lines of communication for parent updates as needed.Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in History or a related field from an accredited institution; advanced degree preferredTeaching certification is a beneficial addition but not requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented, organized, creative, flexible and professional style of workingProvide dynamic and flexible instruction, find joy in working with pre-teens and teens, and share a passion for your discipline with students2+ years teaching experienceMust be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorshipMust be able to work on-campus at least three days / week in New York, NYReady to make an impact and share your passion for learning?
