Overview

We are a fast-growing Immigration firm.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of family immigration experience working on a range of family and humanitarian petitions, including T visa, U visa and VAWA cases, and developing immigration strategies and processes.

This firm is dedicated to helping our clients gain legal status in the United States. This role will also help our clients explore all legal options available to them and assist them at all stages of their immigration journey.

Responsibilities

  • Review and edit all legal aspects of a case from beginning to end including, legal analysis and researching complicated issues as well as supplying legal writing where needed.
  • Conduct in depth research and stay on top of the changes in the law.
  • Employ creative and innovative ideas to help clients gain legal status.
  • Special projects as assigned.
  • Conduct virtual consultations with clients.

Qualifications

  • J.D. Degree and Bar membership (any state) required.
  • Minimum 1+ years as an immigration attorney.
  • Excellent communication skills, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Strong preference for bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Excellent research and writing skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Zealous and creative advocate, client-centered and good leadership skills.
  • Some flexibility in hours may be required.

    This is a full-time position. Salary Range between $65,000 to $80,000 and is commensurate with experience. Remote.
