Category Sourcing Manager

A company is looking for a Category Sourcing Manager responsible for developing and managing corporate sourcing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead category management activities to achieve business objectives and cost savings

Develop supplier and industry category profiles and strategies for data center providers

Negotiate and execute contractual arrangements while ensuring compliance with supplier agreements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field

Seven or more years of relevant experience in Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply Chain

Experience in contract development, negotiation, and management

Demonstrated procurement leadership experience within indirect categories

Experience in managing change initiatives with significant organizational impact
