General Manager Parking Operations - Tampa, Orlando & Jacksonville
The General Manager ensures a safe and efficient parking operation, while delivering service that exceeds our customer / client's expectations. They are responsible for all aspects of operating multiple locations in a specified geographical region including an account management team, revenue control, safety, and client relations. If you're a responsible individual with a knack for enhancing operations and strengthening client rapport, we've got a role just for you! Perfect candidate must be bilingual- English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operating reports as required.
- Manage large workforces extended across multiple locations.
- Build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Enforce contractual obligations within the region / portfolio of sites.
- Review profit and loss statements, adjustments, and variance reports on a monthly basis; make necessary adjustments to achieve budget goals.
- Use respectful communication to assist clients, stakeholders, employees, and guests with their questions, problems, and concerns, and address escalated concerns.
- Work in tandem with business development, managers, launch, and other team members to add business and expand our company's role in the region.
- Supervise location management and / or frontline staff, including delegating tasks, coaching, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with all company standards.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, providing proactive information on managing locations, past performance, new strategies, promotions, and competitive analysis.
- Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates.
- Immediately respond to reports of accidents, incidents, or safety concerns.
- Monitor maintenance of the facility and associated premises to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with standards; supervise ongoing maintenance projects to ensure quality and timely completion.
- Recruit, select, and train new managers and / or frontline employees; develop an onboarding plan for new employees to ensure success.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients or Property Managers; attend location meetings as appropriate and respond to client requests to maintain a good working relationship.
- Market the company's services to potential clients and customers.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing proposals to bid on new business.
- Represent and promote the company in the community, with local civic and professional groups, and seek to develop a professional and responsible corporate image.
- Other duties as assigned and modified by the supervisor.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise :
Proven record of accomplishment in meeting or exceeding established sales targets.Strong decision-making skills with the ability to analyze situations or issues, determine options, and select the most effective solutions in a timely and efficient manner.Superior organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to accommodate unexpected situations.Strong communication and business writing skills, both written and verbal.Exceptional customer service skills.Ability to develop effective working relationships with internal and external parties.Excellent interpersonal skills for a large client base, yet a smaller personalized work environment.Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).3-5 years of experience in real estate management and / or the parking industry, preferred.Previous Leadership experience.Experience in account managementValid Driver LicenseBenefits :
