Are you a nurse approaching graduation? We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Graduate Registered Nurse (RN) with less than <12 months of experience, to join our healthcare team. Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Directs and guides patient teaching and activities of subordinate personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing, always working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
Responsibilities
Provide compassionate and competent direct patient care under the guidance of experienced nursing staff.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and maintain accurate documentation of patient responses.
Monitor and assess patients' physical and emotional well-being, promptly reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans for patients, ensuring their holistic needs are met.
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and support staff, to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques to promote wellness and prevent complications.
Ensure adherence to infection control protocols, maintaining a clean and safe patient care environment.
Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address emergent situations and provide timely interventions.
Participate in ongoing educational opportunities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills, staying current with evidence-based practices and healthcare trends.
Uphold professional standards, ethical principles, and confidentiality in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
Foster a positive and empathetic atmosphere for patients, supporting them through their healthcare journey.
Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively convey information to patients, families, and colleagues.

Credentials
Valid / Active Registered Nurse license (must be obtained prior to start date)
Successful completion of an accredited nursing program, resulting in a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), or Diploma Nursing Program
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Heart Association is required; additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS are beneficial.
National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification (unit dependent)
