Monday – Friday, 9 : 00AM – 5 : 00PM

SUMMARY

Family Service League is seeking a full-time Program Director for our Long Island Sound Senior Care (LISSC) program in Greenport. The Program Director will provide oversight of the day-to-day operations of the LISSC program and staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Social Work, or related field preferred.

Five years of experience providing case management and health care coordination to seniors required.

Familiarity with programs and agencies serving individuals over 60 years of age.

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and experience working with an electronic health record.

Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills required.

Must possess the ability to multitask, make clear decisions and work as part of a team.

Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This position requires sitting for long periods of time and occasional travel to other FSL offices for meetings.
