Description : Position Summary

Coastal Farm & Ranch is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Freight Associate to join our in-store team. This role is essential in ensuring that merchandise is unloaded, stocked, and organized to support excellent customer service and overall store operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Unload merchandise from incoming freight safely and efficiently.
  • Stock shelves, end caps, and promotional displays according to planograms.
  • Ensure backroom organization and cleanliness, maintaining inventory integrity.
  • Assist with pricing, tagging, and product rotation as needed.
  • Help maintain safety and cleanliness standards on the sales floor and in stock areas.
  • Work closely with the Freight Lead and other associates to ensure timely and accurate stocking.
  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers on the sales floor.
  • Support seasonal and promotional merchandising efforts.

Work Environment

  • Fast-paced retail setting with physical demands, including lifting, bending, and moving products.
  • Exposure to varying temperatures, especially during freight unloading or working in outdoor / livestock areas.
