Product Manager II
The Product Manager II will play a key role in supporting and managing our Integrated Payables product suite, with a primary focus on the AP Virtual Card and Payment Hub solutions. This role will also contribute to the successful launch of new Source-to-Pay (AP) capabilities integrated within our payable's platforms. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with product owners, technology teams, vendors, sales, operations, and marketing to drive product strategy, deliver enhancements, and ensure our solutions align with market needs and business growth objectives.
Essential Functions
- Support the development and execution of product strategies for AP Virtual Card, Payment Hub, and Source-to-Pay capabilities
- Contribute to product roadmaps by identifying market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned products, including ideation, development, launch, and ongoing optimization
- Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements to improve adoption, satisfaction, and profitability
- Assist in planning and executing go-to-market strategies for new product features and launches
- Support training, enablement, and marketing efforts to ensure internal and external readiness
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market research to inform product decisions. Represent the voice of the customer in product discussions and planning.
- Coordinate with third-party partners to integrate new Source-to-Pay capabilities into existing platforms
- Ensure vendor solutions align with business requirements, compliance standards, and user experience goals
- Work effectively with internal stakeholders including Product, Engineering / IT, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure alignment on product related initiatives
- Provide product knowledge support to internal teams (Sales, Implementation, Service) and assist in developing training content
- Perform other duties as assigned

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience required3+ years solutions consulting, business analysis, project management, implementation, product management, or other relevant industry experience requiredHybrid Schedule : In office 2 days per week
Compensation Range : Annual Salary : $91,000.00 - $107,000.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)
This position will be eligible for additional compensation through performance-based incentive plan(s) that will correspond to meeting performance goals.
