job_description.job_card.job_descriptionBachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent 6–10 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering Strong skills in data analysis, process design, and engineering implementation Knowledge of HSE policies and commitment to safety and compliance Lead technical support for GKN Core Processes and ensure compliance with standards Drive internal audits and KPI improvements through action planning and reporting Support the Technology & Manufacturing Development Manager in updating standards and developing local skills Attend regional and global meetings to align with international best practices Design and improve manufacturing processes, systems, and equipment Conduct engineering inspections and feasibility testing Deliver training programs and support continuous improvement initiatives Manage small to medium-scale projects and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers Ingenuity : Effective decision-making, managing complexity, and driving continuous improvement Collaboration : Building strong relationships and partnerships across teams Principled Leadership : Accountability, clear communication, and integrity Drive : Action-oriented mindset and relentless pursuit of results
