Key Responsibilities :

As a Senior Controller , you will :

Oversee all accounting operations, including cost accounting , cash flow management, and M&A activities .

Lead the accounting team (3 direct reports) and support continued growth across the organization.

Manage acquisitions and integration processes.

Ensure accurate financial reporting using QuickBooks Online , Shop Works , and other cost-of-goods software.

Drive month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes and deliver insightful financial analysis to leadership.

Qualifications :

We're looking for a Senior Controller who has :

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA preferred, but not required).

Experience in cost accounting , acquisitions, and manufacturing or e-commerce environments.

Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with QuickBooks Online (Shop Works or similar software experience is a plus).

Proven leadership abilities and a collaborative, hands-on approach.
