As a Security Officer Residential Front Desk Patrol in Long Beach, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a residential location, you will be the first point of contact for residents and guests, providing exceptional customer service and communication. Your presence at the front desk helps to deter security-related incidents and supports a welcoming environment. What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
