Diesel Truck Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diesel engine repair and maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues efficiently. This role requires hands-on experience with various diesel systems and components, ensuring that all vehicles are operating at peak performance. • Duties
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, including inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
• Fabricate parts as needed to ensure proper function of diesel systems.
• Read and interpret schematics to understand complex mechanical systems.
• Work on HVAC systems related to diesel equipment.
• Suspend and transmit components for testing and repair.
• Inspect, repair, or replace shocks and struts as necessary.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other service technicians to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Experience
• Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or in a similar role within the automotive or heavy machinery industry.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for various mechanical tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
• A valid driver's license is required.
