Position Summary :

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our valued client’s healthcare team in beautiful Northern Minnesota. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including health histories and physical exams.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses across all age groups.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and lab results.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe medications as appropriate.
• Provide patient and family education on wellness, disease prevention, and treatment options.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
• Offer follow-up care and monitor patient outcomes.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and organizational regulations and protocols.
