Our mission and values put the patient first and helps you to feel valued while respecting teamwork and collaboration. This Psychologist position will oversee a staff of 15 at two locations. Waupun provides services to all age ranges to include primary therapies, medication management, etc. Ripon includes a walk-in behavioral health clinic. Travel to Fond du Lac occasionally would also be needed. This position will support a small case load as well. Job Summary :

Supervises staff and daily work activities within psychology.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements :

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and staffing levels.
• Provides leadership, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring. Assists with hiring, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions and termination procedures.
• Coordinates delivery of patient care and / or services with other members of the healthcare team to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
• Participates in direct delivery of care depending on patient census. Completes patient evaluations and treatments as needed.
• Participates in ongoing short and long range planning to help ensure the organization's behavioral health needs are met.
• Ensure departmental compliance with federal and state regulations, regulatory agencies and third-party payers.
• Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
