Substation Construction Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Manager to lead a substation construction project located between Lake Charles and Deridder. This position involves overseeing the project's entirety, with an emphasis on acting as an Owner's Representative and ensuring quality assurance. The project is expected to last between 8 to 10 months initially, with potential for extension up to 5 years based on performance and project needs.

Work Environment
This role involves working in the field, coordinating and pushing the work of subcontractor crews. The work schedule is typically 50+ hours per week, with 10-hour workdays over five days. The position offers standard per diem and time-and-a-half for overtime. Holidays and PTO are offered. The company has secured several projects for future years, offering stability and opportunities for further project work within the region.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
