Digital Content Producer – Atlanta Dream

The Atlanta Dream is looking for a Digital Content Producer to help elevate our digital presence and bring the energy of women’s basketball to life across platforms. This is a contract position. The contract assignment will conclude on December 31, 2025. You'll be responsible for creating high-quality content that captures our story and connects with fans - from game day to behind-the-scenes moments. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with strong technical skills and has a pulse on what performs on social. This position works closely with our content and social team and reports to the Director of Content Strategy & Production.

Key Responsibilities :

• Shoot and edit compelling, high-quality video content from home games, practices, shootarounds, team events, community activations, and partnership engagements
• Manage all aspects of content creation from planning through to execution and final delivery through a storytelling lens for various platforms
• Organize and maintain footage libraries for all content shot and captured
• Re-cut and repurpose existing content into fresh formats that spark engagement
• Fulfill content needs across departments including marketing, partnerships, community, PR, game presentation and broadcast
• Stay tapped into content trends and innovations across the sports and entertainment space
