We’re now looking to grow our team by bringing on someone eager to learn our proven process, sharpen their skills, and eventually take the lead on managing client accounts. The Role

We’re looking for a Podcast Producer to join our team. This person will serve as the key bridge between our clients and our editing team—making sure every project runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll be part producer, part project manager, and part quality-control expert.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and smooth workflows.
• Watch or listen to podcast episodes and select the best clips for social media repurposing.
• Create detailed briefs for editors to guide clip production.
• Review and provide quality control on edited clips, ensuring they meet our brand standards and client expectations.
• Manage deadlines and deliverables, keeping projects on schedule.
• Identify opportunities to improve content, client satisfaction, and production processes.
