$150,000.00 / yr - $350,000.00 / yr

What You'll Do :
- Lead feature engineering across Inkitt’s portfolio of Mobile Apps and Web Sites, including future apps we have not thought of yet
- Identify and recruit top product engineers and build a team rooted in high-performing results-oriented culture
- Build a strong engineering brand for our team by scheduling and hosting events and creating a persistent online presence
- Provide visibility and clarity into the operation of your team and the technology you produce and identify opportunities for leveling up
- Leverage and evangelize the use of Artificial Intelligence in all aspects of your team’s and greater company’s operations
- Participate in leadership-wide brainstorms, help identify opportunities for business growth, and develop rapid prototypes to validate potential new products or features
