Lead Performance and Team Success : Set clear goals, provide guidance, and support a collaborative environment focused on results.

Optimize Inbound Processes : Evaluate and redesign workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness across North America operations.

Own Reporting and Metrics Strategy : Lead dashboard development, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate Across Functions : Engage with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.

Standardize and Document Processes : Ensure procedures are accurately documented and consistently applied across the region.

At Adidas we offer a Hybrid work policy which requires attendance in the office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday each week. For work requiring a high degree of collaboration or an in-person presentation, in-office attendance is required even on Friday. The working location of this position is Portland, Oregon.
