Construction Survey PM

What's next in your Construction Survey career? V3 is currently looking for experienced Construction Survey PM to join our team! This position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills as you will be interacting with internal team members and external clients. In addition, you must be able to work independently as well as in a team-based environment while managing several major project activities at once.

General Responsibilities include :

• Participate in business development activities to develop and maintain relationships withexisting and new clients.
• Prepare Construction Surveying layout calculations and various surveys including Alta, Boundary, Topographic, Route, Residential, and Construction as-built / record drawings.
• Manage survey projects from setup through completion.
• Bid new projects and create / write proposals.
• Manage client interaction.
• Maintain project budgets and collections.
• Assist other Project Managers and Professional Land Surveyors with drafting and project preparation.
• Preform Construction layout calculations and QC calculations by support staff.
• May perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
