About The Position

Job Title : Adult CRT

Experience : Minimum of 2 years Critical Care Experience required

License : South Carolina Respiratory Care Provider license must be in hand at the time of start.

Certifications : NBRC RRT certification, BLS, ACLS required

Must-Have : RRT Adult critical care experience

Description :

This position is for an Adult CRT role.

The clinician will work three 12-hour shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 30 AM with holidays required.

Every other weekend is required.

Floating may be necessary, potentially to an adult population with similar policies, equipment, and charting requirements.

Travelers will be assigned to emergency response teams during hurricane season, which runs from June through November.

Candidates must include all time off requests at the time of submission.

Approval will be based on departmental needs.

Candidates should be prepared for potential call-offs, which may occur once every two weeks.

The facility is a teaching hospital with nearly 200 beds, including two ICUs and a dedicated Emergency Department.

The patient population includes various complex cases such as post-operative cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgery patients, heart and lung transplant patients, and medical-surgical patients with critical conditions.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing diverse patient diagnoses and be familiar with the specialized equipment necessary for adult critical care.
