job_description.job_card.job_descriptionJOB ID : VHS00004 Position : Interventional Radiology Physician (Board Certified / Eligible) Location : Bronx, New York Job Type : Full-Time with On-Call Coverage Responsibilities On-site coverage : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM Provide interventional radiology services for adult and geriatric patients Qualifications MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license ABR Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology Current AHA BLS & ACLS certifications NPI and DEA registration Health Requirements MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella (vaccine or titer) TB test (skin, bloodwork, or chest X-ray) Annual flu shot Tips to avoid delays :
