This is a full-time, mid-senior level position in the Information Technology industry, specifically in Staffing and Recruiting.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a Technical related field
- Minimum 10 years of IT experience using SAP, including 6 years of configuration experience
- At least 8 years of experience configuring SAP CRM, involving requirements gathering, configuration, and customization
- Minimum 5 years of experience creating transports and tasks for change management
- At least 5 years of SAP CRM experience in a Fortune 1000 or similar enterprise
- Minimum 3 years of experience communicating technical and business issues / solutions to all levels of management
- At least 2 years of experience as a Functional Lead
- Participation in 2 full lifecycle SAP CRM implementations, with design responsibilities
- Experience with SAP CRM 7.0 best practices across various modules and configuration areas
- Experience with CRM-ECC integration for Product, Customer & Contact, Pricing, Transactions, and Employee data
- Understanding of ABAP code and debugging skills
