Job Summary

Equinix is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to support the Senior Vice President of Infrastructure Products & Services. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and brings a high level of discretion, organization, and strategic thinking to executive support. The successful candidate will be a trusted partner, adept at managing complex schedules, coordinating high-impact meetings and events, and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Executive Support & Calendar Management
  • Manage a demanding and dynamic calendar across multiple time zones, ensuring optimal prioritization and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, and expenses.
  • Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison, ensuring the SVP is well-prepared for meetings and engagements.
  • Meeting & Event Planning
  • Plan, organize, and execute meetings and strategic events.
  • Prepare meeting materials including agendas, presentations, and briefing documents.
  • Attend meetings, capture notes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items and documentation.
  • Communication & Correspondence
  • Compile, edit, and proofread high-level communications, presentations, and reports.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Interface with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating sound judgment and a customer-centric approach.
  • Project Coordination
  • Lead and support special projects and initiatives with minimal oversight, applying independent judgment and strategic thinking.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and timely execution of deliverables.
  • Budget & Expense Management
  • Manage org budget for travel and events, track expenditures, and identify ways to optimize costs.
  • Prepare and review expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

Experience Minimum 8 years of experience in executive support roles within a global corporate environment At least 5 years supporting senior-level executives Skills & Competencies Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a high-energy environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information Ability to build and maintain effective relationships across all levels of the organization Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence. Experience working in a culturally diverse and global organization is a plus Education Experience working in a culturally diverse and global organization is a plus

Salary Range

$75,000-$100,000
