What You’ll Do

Lead audit engagements for a diverse and established client base.

Supervise, mentor, and develop staff auditors and associates.

Review workpapers, identify issues, and provide insightful recommendations.

Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor.

Collaborate with partners and managers on engagement strategy and execution.

Contribute to firm-wide initiatives and help shape best practices.

What We’re Looking For

CPA license (required).

5+ years of recent public accounting experience with a focus on audit.

Proven track record of supervising or mentoring audit staff.

Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and relevant regulations.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client service skills.

A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is motivated to advance into management.
