Physician Network is seeking a BC / BE Family Medicine physician to join practice in west central IN.

About the position :

Ideal candidate will have a focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients and their families. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

  • Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. 5 : 00 p.m.
  • Average outpatient volume : patients / day
  • Weekday Call : Physicians takes own call
  • Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. 5 : 00 p.m.
  • Weekday Call : Physicians takes own call
  • Weekend Call : 1 : 4
  • Holiday Call : 1 : 4
  • Common Diagnoses :

Child and adult wellness visits

  • Chronic Back pain
