Manage negotiations, change orders, and resolve unforeseen challenges to keep projects on track. Collaborate closely with Operations to align project goals and outcomes with company objectives. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement across project teams. 6–8 years of construction project management experience. Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Strong leadership, organizational, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
