Position Title : Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Company :

Founded in 2016, when three clinics merged to improve coordination of healthcare in the community and to provide the highest quality of healthcare for families in the Dubuque area.
Their team is made up of over 360 members, including 55 physicians and advanced practice providers, serving 6 convenient locations throughout Dubuque.
Specialty care included allergy / immunology, Dermatology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Medical Oncology, Nephrology, Hypertension, Pulmonary & Critical Care and Travel Medicine
