About The Position

Job Title : Women's Services RN

Must-Have :

Labor room and postpartum experience

Nursery trained and labor room trained

Fetal monitoring certification preferred but not required

Description :

Provide care in labor and delivery and postpartum settings.

Handle patients in a Level 1 nursery.

Assist with GYN, female orthopedic, and female bariatric cases as census allows.

Utilize 5 labor rooms, a nursery, and 8 postpartum beds.

Administer drips and medications including Pitocin, magnesium, routine fluids, and OB-specific medications.

Operate EMR systems such as Meditech and GE.

Use specialty equipment including GE and Phillips fetal heart rate monitors.
