We are looking for a Sr. Plumbing and Fire Protection Designer that is looking to work on diverse projects in a fast paced environment.

Job Summary

The Senior Plumbing and Fire Protection Designer will provide engineering design, evaluation, and planning of plumbing systems. The candidate will have the opportunity to work on projects in a variety of market sectors, such as healthcare, academic, industrial, and commercial projects.

In This Role, You Will

• Design plumbing systems including medical / laboratory piping and gases
• Design performance specification for fire protection systems
• Develop systems design calculations and selection of equipment for use in buildings
• Prepare detailed design documents
• Write / edit project specifications
• Be responsible for code compliance research
• Coordinate work with other disciplines
• Work on site surveys to determine and document existing conditions
• Provide construction administration services

Salary : Compensation : $110,000-$140,000
