• Immediate patient volume allows incoming physician to ramp up quickly
• APPs take first call for office and inpatient unit - physicians only cover ED call taken via telephone. Post call day off
• Strong hospitalist program admits all patients
• EMR : eCW (office) & EPIC (hospital)
