AI Prospecting Specialist

Zoom is looking for an AI Prospecting Specialist to join our Revenue Growth and Sales Strategy organization. In this role, you will drive our internal AI sales strategy and execution across our platform. You'll build positive, trusted relationships with decision makers and help drive AI-enabled growth and innovation across Zoom's product portfolio.

As a member of the Revenue Growth and Sales Strategy team, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing AI-driven sales strategies. You will advocate for and drive the adoption of AI solutions and modern sales technology to enhance Zoom's sales effectiveness and customer value.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute AI sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate AI capabilities into sales processes
• Engage with executive leadership to align AI sales strategy with business objectives
• Create and implement AI-powered sales tools and methodologies
• Drive adoption of AI solutions across sales teams
• Analyze AI implementation impact and ROI
• Develop best practices for AI-enhanced sales operations

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in sales strategy or sales operations

Extensive understanding of AI / ML technologies and their business applications

Proven track record of implementing AI solutions in sales environments

Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities

Experience with CRM systems and sales technology stack

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Background in SaaS / Cloud solutions preferred

Salary Range or On Target Earnings : Minimum : $97,600.00 Maximum : $225,700.00 In addition to the base salary and / or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note : Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
