Responsibilities

• Direct the Production function of the Division to originate, prepare loan packages and improve customer communication.
• Manage the day to day functions of the Account Managers to achieve capture, customer satisfaction and profit per loan goals.
• Identify opportunities and recommend methods to improve customer service, work processes and financial performance.
• Interact with Operations Team to ensure Operations and Production work as a team for the best interest of the company.
• Directly participate in the quality control function by working directly with the Quality Department.
• Partner with the builder to cultivate relationships between Account Managers and Builder representatives.
