Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT)

Rose View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center – Williamsport, PA

Rose View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dedicated in-house rehabilitation team in Williamsport, PA.

As a key member of our therapy department, you will help residents develop, recover, and maintain the skills needed for daily living and meaningful activities. We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated professional who takes a holistic and patient-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat residents to improve participation in daily living and work-related activities.

Develop individualized treatment plans and select appropriate therapy methods and interventions.

Educate residents on strategies to increase independence and safety in ADLs and IADLs.

Recommend and train residents on adaptive equipment and environmental modifications.

Collaborate with nursing, rehab, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.

Accurately document treatment sessions, progress, and outcomes.

Provide education and guidance to family members and caregivers.

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Pennsylvania.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.

Previous experience in skilled nursing , rehabilitation , or geriatric care preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
