Your Role and Responsibilities

• Create a warm, loving classroom that supports each childs development and individuality.

What We Look For

• Educational Background : An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, or a CDA, is preferred.
• Experience : Ideally, you have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Key Skills : Excellent communication abilities, professional stress management, and effective multitasking.
• Physical Requirements : Capability to lift up to 50 lbs, a vital aspect of child safety and care .
