Job Title

The company was founded 35 years ago and continues to grow today as a respected Construction Management / Design Build Company. The project portfolio includes commercial, educational, hospitality, healthcare, retail, and many others.

Responsibilities

Conceptual Estimating start with the drawings and take all the way through
Develop preliminary cost estimates
Review design plans, scopes for constructability, value engineering, etc.

Requirements

BA / BS Construction related degree preferred

10+ years minimum hands-on commercial project estimating

Knowledge (GMP) proposal handling

Proven experience with pre-construction CM contracts (client & designer meetings)

This position is based in Fort Myers, FL (relocation assistance).
