Position Overview : We are seeking motivated and dynamic Summer Interns to join our team and support our sales and recruitment departments. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in the staffing industry while working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the sales team in prospecting new clients, preparing sales materials, and organizing client meetings and presentations.
• Assist with data entry and maintenance of client and candidate information in our CRM system.
• Assist the recruitment team in sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and our internal database.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments, including resume reviews and phone screenings, to evaluate qualifications and suitability for open positions.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
• Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and assisting with office tasks as needed.
