Position Summary : We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Health System Lead Analyst, Audience Intelligence. The successful candidate will join the Program Measurement and Strategy team within the Communications, Marketing, Government and Community Affairs (CMGCA) department. This role will lead a new level of understanding and data-driven intelligence for priority audiences. Reporting to the Director, Integrated Media Strategy and Performance Marketing, this position will inform campaign strategies with critical audience data, insights, and activation approaches, contributing to NYU Langone Health's enterprise objectives.

Job Responsibilities
Audience Analysis and Segmentation
- Develop an understanding of existing audience data, including attributes, models, segmentation, and platform capabilities
- Analyze and synthesize data from various sources to build holistic views of audiences with insights and recommendations aligned to enterprise objectives
- Segment audiences, identify unique audience profiles to inform the design of digital marketing campaigns across internal and third-party platforms
- Utilize audience data to identify opportunities to drive growth
- Partner with cross-functional teams on custom research opportunities and learning agendas for specific audience segments and persona building
- Manage and maintain department audience data profiles and personas across campaigns
Digital and Platform Strategy
Contribute to strategic, research-based, data-driven plans to reach physicians and prospects identified in audience platformsProvide strategic and tactical support for direct channel and paid media campaigns by identifying relevant audiences and ensuring platform deliveryLeverage knowledge of marketing products and platforms for online acquisition to drive growthTailor marketing cloud strategies to reach audiences for each department or service lineDevelop journey maps for each audience segment across channelsDesign testing strategies to understand audience behavior, including device usage, creative and messaging preferences, and engagement driversSupport sequencing and activation of digital campaigns across departments; identify synergies and potential conflictsUse audience performance metrics to track success and inform future strategiesSupport SEO and SEM strategies to optimize visibility, generate leads, and maximize ROIDrive strategic marketing campaigns to support institutional goalsStay current with digital marketing audience trends, technology, and healthcare best practicesCollaboration and Reporting
Participate in defining governance to ensure proper campaign management and sequencingWork with analytics to interpret test results and determine future strategyCollaborate with data architecture to understand 1P data and attributes for media activation and advanced modelingCoordinate with channel activation teams to identify data sources across 1P, 2P and 3P for consistent audience strategyCollaborate with CMGCA teams to build / activate custom audiences as neededMinimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Strategy, or related field5-7+ years of experience in Marketing StrategyExperience managing digital marketing campaigns, leveraging third-party platformsProficiency in project management, communication tools, and data analysisStrong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and relationship-buildingStrong analytical skills with the ability to apply and communicate data-driven insightsUnderstanding of branding; creative instincts and willingness to test-and-learnExceptional leadership skills and ability to teach, motivate, and collaborate effectivelyExcellent verbal and written communications skillsProven ability to work effectively in a highly-matrixed environmentPreferred Qualifications
Proven experience in healthcare marketing strategy and digital innovationQualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $97,589.96 - $168,342.49 annually. Actual salaries depend on factors including experience, education, and hospital need. This range does not include bonuses or other compensation.
