Summary of Position :
As a Content Coordinator at RYNO Strategic Solutions, you’ll serve as a vital link between content creation and publication. You’ll oversee the ordering, editing, optimization, and publishing of content, ensuring every deliverable meets RYNO’s standards and SEO best practices. This role requires proficiency in WordPress, a strong understanding of content strategy, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with writers, editors, and strategists.
Position Responsibilities :
Develop a deep understanding of RYNO’s SEO best practices and the home services industryMaintain consistency and quality across all deliverables by mastering RYNO’s content guidelinesOrder new content assignments from designated queues, ensuring proper client alignment and adherence to SEO goalsWrite and edit blog and landing page content that meets client objectives and follows RYNO standardsReview and edit submitted content for grammar, accuracy, formatting, and compliance with internal requirementsConduct quality checks to confirm all content meets RYNO’s expectations before publishing or approvalDevelop and refine detailed, SEO-informed outlines for writers to execute with clarity and consistencyPublish and format content in WordPress, including metadata, internal linking, and featured imagesApply internal linking, category tagging, and basic navigation updates to enhance site structure and SEO performanceMonitor and manage content queues to ensure deadlines are met and workloads remain balanced across projectsTrack and log time accurately in Salesforce for visibility and workflow managementCollaborate with Content Strategists, freelancers, and SEO specialists to ensure alignment with campaign goals and client strategiesPerform additional content-related tasks as assigned by the Content ManagerRequirements
2+ years of experience in content creation, coordination, or publishingProficiency with WordPress and familiarity with SEO tools or plugins such as Yoast or Rank MathStrong understanding of basic SEO principles, metadata, and internal linking best practicesDemonstrated experience in managing or publishing content in WordPressFamiliarity with LLMs and recognizing AI contentExperience working in a digital marketing agency or similar fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detailStrong research and organizational abilities to manage multiple clients and projectsAdaptability to changing priorities, client needs, and digital marketing trendsA collaborative, proactive approach and a commitment to high-quality workAdvanced technical writing and editing abilitiesStrong interpersonal skills and comfort collaborating across teamsA creative mindsetThe total compensation for this nonexempt opportunity includes a base salary range of $43,000 to $46,000, plus the potential for quarterly bonuses, plus benefits. This is our target compensation range and is subject to multiple factors including role, level, experience, and location. As you go through our interview process, your recruiter will work with you to identify a competitive base salary within the proposed range.
