Your impact
- Turn the production plan into action and align daily workforce activities to scheduled demand.
- Track output versus plan; remove constraints to keep takt time and throughput on target.
- Support recruiting, interviewing, and selecting production personnel.
- Embed quality by enforcing standardized checks at the machine and workstation level.
- Lead training and cross‑training; schedule routine check‑ins to assess progress and refine training roadmaps.
- Set performance expectations, observe and coach, manage corrective actions, and deliver feedback through the performance appraisal process.
- Assist with OSHA‑aligned safety inspections; uphold a clean, orderly, and audit‑ready shop.
- Keep materials flowing—manage raw materials, production supplies, packaging, and finished goods to meet plan.
- Provide oversight and control of production activities on off shifts.
What sets you up for success
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s in business / operations / engineering or related field preferred.Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.Knowledge of manufacturing processes, QMS, and foundational manufacturing principles.Hands‑on familiarity with CNC and milling operations.Fluent with Microsoft applications; comfortable navigating ERP systems.Skills you bring
